We are looking for an exceptional and inspirational Deputy Manager in the Maidstone (Kent) area. We are offering the opportunity to:

You will as a minimum the hold the Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare and should be committed to working towards the Level 5.

You will be required to share on call responsibilities with the Registered Manager and do two overnight sleep-ins per week included within your annual salary. Additional sleep-ins will be paid at £55 per night.
