Our Way

Our mission is to provide our children in care with a deep sense of belonging, connection and self-belief. We seek to root, nourish and empower each child so that they may pursue happiness and realise their potential.

To achieve this we follow a trauma-informed, therapeutic parenting model which seeks to positively impact our children through understanding, secure attachment, high-nurture, structure and purposeful communication. We make a point to frequently communicate to our young people, an unshakeable belief in their potential and worth.

Our focus is always on cultivating meaningful, trust-based relationships between children and their carers in order to provide stability, security and a feeling of being rooted. We believe children thrive where there are high levels of trust, repeated high quality experiences and a predictable, structured daily routine.

This lays the ground work for a young person to start to develop self-belief, self-care and over time can catalyse an upward spiral of positive change. Our tribe of highly skilled and highly valued members go above and beyond to make this a reality.

We believe in a trauma-informed approach that seeks to positively impact our children through understanding, forging of deep and meaningful bonds, structured daily routine and purposeful communication. We seek to root, nourish and empower each child so that they may pursue happiness and realise their dreams.

We are looking for soulful, high-energy, team players committed to making a difference.
